Hi, I’m Jamie Magdic (she/her)—
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Disordered Eating and Body Image Specialist, founder of a thriving group practice of 12+ eating disorder and body image counselors, and founder of True Food and Body Image Freedom® Group Coaching Program. Together, we help hundreds of clients each week heal their relationships with food and body, finding the freedom they deserve.
My Journey and Passion
I’m a recovered clinician who battled disordered eating and severe body image struggles. For years, these issues consumed my thoughts, actions, and joy, stealing precious moments from my life. I was terrified of food, constantly body-checking, and deeply disconnected from myself.
For half of that time, I was stuck in pseudo-recovery—caught in the middle, better but still obsessing over food and my body, not realizing there was a better way. It wasn’t until I committed to deep, transformative work that I found true healing.
